Our experience of life is directly related to the thoughts we entertain moment to moment. This practice simply returns the mind to the Peace at the Root of our Being. Stresses that distract us from being fully present dissolve; our choices become more conscious and refined; everything about personal perceptions and the experience of life is enhanced. Whether a beginner or an advanced student, all find this practice simple. The practice can be done with the eyes open as well as the eyes closed, so it is a practice that can be taken with you throughout the day. There are no limits to one who has fully implemented the practice of Ascension into their life.
